Summer Camp Handbook


Campers will be issued a t-shirt on the first day of camp. Current camp t-shirts are required to be worn during camp by all campers. Camp t-shirts may not be altered in anyway.

Special Instructions:

Please ensure that any medical and/or behavioural concerns are disclosed prior to the start of camp to allow for adequate planning. The enrollment form includes a section where you may indicate special instructions for your child.

Camp Conduct:

Club Square reserves the right to release, without refund of program fees, any child whose behaviour becomes unmanageable. This action will not be taken without previous verbal and written warnings. Club Square will not tolerate any form of harassment, abuse, neglect or bullying by anyone in its programs. Club Square is NOT responsible for damages or loss of any personal property while at a class


Please do not bring a child to camp if he/she has shown any symptoms that could potentially be contagious to others such as but not limited to: fever, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, lice etc.


Campers are to be present no earlier than 10 minutes before their camp begins, and to leave within 10 minutes of the camp dismissal. “Sign-In/Sign-Out Policy”- A Parent/ Guardian, or other authorized adult must sign each child in/out of the camp each day at the reception desk. The only people that your child will be released to are those listed on your camp enrollment form. Please Note: all persons authorized to pick up children must be at least 16 years of age. Please give us prior written notice if someone other than the registered guardian listed on the camp enrollment form needs to pick up. If no one on your list can pick up your child, the parent/guardian must call us to allow another adult to pick up the child.

Before & After Service:

Club Square offers before-and-after service for children that are registered in one of our camps exclusively to children between the ages of 4 and 12. Children pre-registered in Before & After service are constantly supervised by our trained staff and kept engaged and entertained. This service is offered on a half an hour basis and is complimentary. Please use the form available on our website to register Before & After Service Form.

Food and Snacks:

All campers receive a light snack that is included in the price package of the camp they have registered for. Campers are welcome to bring home made lunches in for the lunch time. Club Square has designed a special, healthy camp menu to keep campers energized and nurtured. Parents are invited to pre-order their camp lunch from the camp lunch menu available on our website.


Please contact us at as soon as possible, and leave a message, to inform us if your child will be absent. Please be specific, stating your child’s full name and the camp they are registered in.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Refunds are subject to a $35 non-refundable administration fee: · If requested at least two weeks before the first day of camp, you will receive a full refund (less the administration fee). · If requested less than two weeks before the first day of camp, you will receive a 50% refund (less the administration fee). If requested less than one week before the first day of camp, no refunds will be issued. Change of Contact Information: It is your responsibility to notify Club Square of any change in your contact information, including address, contact phone numbers, and email address. General Terms:

Program days (Class, camp, and workshop) and times are scheduled based on the interests of our clients, and availability of our instructors. Club Square reserves the right to cancel any program due to insufficient enrollment and/or participation. Upon Club Square cancelling a program, a full refund will be issued to the client, less any classes that have already been completed. These policies, including, without limitation, all prices & fees stated herein, are subject to change. Club Square reserves the right to modify or amend these policies as it may deem necessary.
